Operation Memorial Tag was formed to show love to families of fallen hero's. If you are the spouse or parent and have recently lost your spouse or child actively serving, or that has served in any branch of military, we would like to pay our respects to you with a FREE dog tag memorializing your fallen hero.

We appreciate our hero's and want to show honor and respect for families during these hard times. we know what you're going through and want to show our appreciation with minimal disruption to you or your family.

We can't bring them back, we can't make things easier, but we can say thank you for the incredible sacrifices that you and they have made for me, and for all of us in this magnificent country they served and protected so that we can live free.

If additional tags are requested for other family members, we are happy to produce them, but request $5 per additional tag just to cover shipping costs.​
