Most products are made per order so turn-around time can depend on the complexity of the design, whether or not we're creating the artwork, or if you're providing it. We will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible but we will NOT ship out a product that we would not display ourselves. If we're not happy with it, we assume you won't be either. The design is usually the longest process. Fabrication can usually happen in a few hours after we have the artwork ready. If you have custom colors or stains for wood pieces, drying time will depend on the number of coats and the type of finish. Typically it takes a few days from start to finish before your order can be shipped.

All designs will be proofed (PDF) prior to fabrication. If you approve it, we assume that all spelling is checked and/or intentional. When it is completed using the chosen finishing, we will email a picture to you to verify before shipping. If there is a design or shipping flaw, we will gladly assume responsibility but we check every product thoroughly before packaging.

Right now, we only accept on-line orders and you may catch us at some craft shows and events like the Apple Festival in Versailles, but who knows where God will take us next!! It's all in His hands.
